Andrea formed her real estate practice after a 20 year career in the investment business. The breadth of experience gained in various managerial, sales and client service roles served as the perfect platform for high performance in real estate. Andrea lives with her husband and two children in Homeland.

A 12-year resident of Otterbein, James is a former school teacher and marketing professional.  He has found his passion in real estate and enjoys understanding his clients' needs and helping them find their perfect home.  He has leveraged his knowledge of technology and social media to make Baldwin & Griffin's marketing initiatives memorable and impactful.  James spends much of his free time enjoying the pleasures of a second home near St. Michaels, Talbot County.
